  • Business Q&A supports natural language to search your sales data in Common Data Service. It will return instant answer for a user’s natural language query. For example, if you search for who is the owner of Alpine Ski House, Business Q&A will return the owners full name for the account Alpine Ski House. The format of the answer could be single record or a table with a list of relevant records. This feature will also support feedback to each individual query, including thumbs up, thumbs down, and detailed feedback, and will support different types of natural language queries from simple to complex.
