    I have a question on Customer Voice Projects – how does this fit with Campaigns and Campaign Activities?
    And more generally, how to the insights feed back into Dataplex Pro?

      Hi Alex. Thanks for the comment! Glad you found it interesting. So if we go back in to the ‘old world’ at the start of the week…. Forms Pro data is stored in the Common Data Service. So, the new world, Customer Voice data is going to be stored in Dataflex Pro. Campaigns and Campaign activities that we know in Dynamics 365 are not tied to Forms Pro/Customer Voice data in any way. You could of course customise a Campaign and tie Survey Invites to a Campaign using Power Automate, but it isn’t something that is standard. I hope that helps!
